
Seared Scallops with Sourdough
This is a quick, no cook supper, ideal after a long day at the market - Scallops from Creative Seafoods with Country Sourdough from Breaking Bread. Scallops were sliced into thin discs, then lemon juice was squeezed over to 'sear' them, before adding sea salt, crushed black and pink peppercorns, dill and olive oil. Served with country sourdough and salad, delicious!
