Running the market has its benefits - having so many great producers to choose from for dinner! This month it was scallops from Creative Seafoods, Local Fish Delivery served with roast and pureed cauliflower and diced chorizo. Roast cauliflower is quite a recent discovery for us but a great way to enjoy this versatile vegetable. Scallops from Creative Seafoods were excellent as always.
